This class is ideal for Birth Professionals looking to better understand the fundamentals of breastfeeding. You will learn how to better support client to meet their infant feeding goals. This class is open to individuals or groups and will cover; positioning, milk supply, how birth experiences affect lactation, special medical conditions that affect supply, how to address breastfeeding barriers, special considerations (multiples, NICU, substance withdrawal care), when to call an IBCLC, and more.
